Rev. Barb McGill
Barb McGill discovered her faith and call to ministry through children’s choirs, youth programs, and faith formation at congregational and regional levels. Her ministry is grounded in relationship-building and welcomes people of all ages and backgrounds. Barb believes effective ministry grows through worship, fellowship, and outreach to the wider community. As a certified spiritual director, she brings a thoughtful, authentic presence to her work and finds deep joy in nurturing faith, gifts, and potential in others.

Luis Molina
Luis Molina is an accomplished pianist, organist, and choir director with advanced music degrees and extensive professional experience. Raised in a musical family, he began piano at age nine and developed a lifelong devotion to music through performance and study. His career includes concerts and competitions across Europe and the Americas. At Trillium, Luis directs choirs and ensembles, bringing warmth, excellence, and joy to worship, while also teaching piano and accompanying professionally.

Kim Lis
Kim brings extensive experience in finance and administration from her years in the health sector to her role as Office Administrator at Trillium United. She supports the daily operations of the church, assisting ministry, music, and community teams with care and efficiency. Kim oversees scheduling, rentals, and accounting systems to ensure smooth operations behind the scenes. Known for her warm smile and welcoming manner, she is often the first friendly face visitors encounter.

Linda Warren
With a background in digital marketing, communications, and event planning, Linda brings creativity and strategic insight to her role at Trillium United. Her experience includes local radio, corporate and non-profit branding, and teaching at Niagara College. Passionate about community connection, she’s organized numerous charity and sporting events. Linda manages Trillium’s communications and social media, helping share stories, promote events, and strengthen connections across the congregation.

Carey Calder
Carey oversees the daily operations and maintenance of the Trillium United Church property, ensuring the building and grounds are safe, welcoming, and ready for worship and community use. He works closely with staff, committees, and contractors to manage repairs, setups, supplies, and scheduling. Known for his reliability and hands-on approach, Carey takes pride in caring for every corner of Trillium. Outside of work, he is an accomplished artist whose oil paintings have been featured locally.
Carolyn Campbell
Carolyn leads Trillium’s midweek worship, Creative Spirit, blending spirituality and creativity through music and the arts. With degrees in music and experience as a director, singer, and worship leader, she felt called to create worship rooted in artistic expression. She co-founded Art & Soul, a ministry offering spiritual nourishment through art, movement, and word, inviting reflection, connection, and shared community. Her work encourages participation and thoughtful engagement.
John Senn
A lifelong Niagara resident, John earned his engineering degree from General Motors Institute and spent his career at GM St. Catharines, retiring in 2009 as Superintendent of Plant Engineering and Maintenance. He and his wife Andrée joined Grantham United, now Trillium United, in the late 1980s. John has served in many roles and offers calm leadership, technical expertise, and steady support for governance. He values collaboration and careful decision making and long term planning.
Stephanie Mowder
Stephanie is passionate about creativity, connection, and community. As Art & Soul Coordinator, she creates welcoming opportunities for people of all ages to explore their stories, express themselves, and build meaningful relationships through creative experiences. Her background includes leadership in community programs and sport as an athlete and coach, supporting inclusive and reflective creative spaces. She is committed to fostering belonging, reflection, and shared growth.
